Get into project management.
Pass the interview.
Grow in the role.
Project Manager with 6+ years of experience — from a multinational corporation to product IT studios, currently in R&D. I've taken people from zero to their first PM role at SoftServe. A course, consulting and mock interviews — depending on where you are right now.
Three formats
Where do we start?
Pick the one that describes you right now. The fastest result doesn't come from the most expensive format — it comes from the one that fits your situation.
I'm a PM and I'm stuck
You're not moving forward and don't know why. You can't name your growth gaps. You have no idea what you're worth on the market. Or you send out CVs and hear nothing back. Let's sort it out in one session.
I'm preparing for an interview
A full technical interview for Trainee, Junior or Middle PM. I choose the questions for your level and the specific vacancy. Afterwards you know whether you're ready — and what's missing.
I want to become a PM from scratch
The full course: 20 lessons based on PMI standards, homework I review personally, a portfolio of 12 artefacts and a final graded interview.
Who you'll be working with
Iryna Sydoriv
Project Manager · mentor · practitioner. 6+ years in project management — from a multinational corporation to product IT studios.
Two things fascinate me: project management and teaching. Running projects is already work with people. But I always wanted to go deeper — not just to organise the work, but to help people grow. That's where I grow too, and it's where I get the most satisfaction. This course is what came out of that.
I've already taken people from zero to their first PM role at SoftServe. So I know not only what you need to be able to do, but exactly where people get stuck, which answers sink an interview, and what really gets asked in the room.
I got every job I've had within two or three interviews, and my current one during the war, on the first. I've also seen hiring from the other side: at a product startup I combined HR, PM and account management. So interview preparation isn't theory for me.
I don't hand you videos and leave you alone. We meet in live sessions, I read your homework and tell you what's wrong with it — as directly as you'd hear it on a real project.

Format 01
Career consulting
For people already working as a PM who've stalled. And for people who finished a course, keep sending CVs, and can't work out why nobody calls back.
What happens
We go through your experience properly: not "tell me about yourself", but where your strengths actually come from and what specifically is blocking your next level. Afterwards you know your next steps — simply and concretely. And you get a written assessment: strengths, weak spots, growth direction, your market range and a learning plan. You can come back to it whether you're job hunting or growing where you already are.
This isn't a nice conversation. It's a working document with numbers in it.
Book a consultationWhat you walk away with
- A competency matrix scored 1–5 against the PMI model: delivery, people and leadership, business thinking, personal competencies
- Your strengths — evidenced from your own history, not generic praise
- Growth areas that are closing the next level off to you right now
- Growth direction — where to go and where not to: PM, Scrum Master, delivery, product
- A career plan for 3, 6 and 12 months — with concrete steps, not wishes
- A learning plan with HIGH / MEDIUM priorities and links to specific resources
- Your market range — where it comes from, what raises it, and how to state expectations in an interview
- What's actually holding you back from an offer — specific reasons, not "practise more"
Format 02
Mock interview for PMs
A full technical interview — the same one a candidate faces at a real company. I prepare people for Trainee, Junior and Middle PM roles: the questions and the depth are matched to your level. With a score, not encouragement.
How it works
I have a bank of 116 questions and it keeps growing. In ninety minutes I ask about thirty — the ones that matter most for your level, your target vacancy and your domain. The point isn't volume: behind every question sits a gold-standard answer and a follow-up probe I use to find out whether you understand the topic or just memorised a definition.
Thirty questions is enough for me to tell whether you're ready. And I'll say it straight — better to hear it from me than to get a rejection with no explanation.
Book a mock interviewWhat you get
- Every answer scored 0 / 1 / 2 and a final mark out of 100
- A clear verdict: are you ready for the interview now — and what exactly is missing
- A breakdown by topic: what you know, what to revise, what we didn't test
- Straight after each weak answer — the gold-standard answer and a second attempt while it's fresh
- Two specific topics to close before the real interview
- The follow-up probes as homework — these are what a real interviewer will use on you
- Domain-specific question sets — defence tech or product companies, for example
A repeat mock interview two weeks later — different questions, same topics. There are more questions in the bank than one candidate will ever hear.
Format 03
The course: from zero to your first project
20 lessons based on PMI PMBOK® 7, the Scrum Guide and the Agile Manifesto, plus a bonus career module. AI isn't a separate topic at the end — it's part of how we work. But that still isn't the main thing.
You leave with a portfolio you can defend in an interview, not with a certificate.
12 documents you'll build with your own hands
All on a single running project, so at the end it isn't a set of exercises but one connected story you can tell in an interview.
Planning
Execution and control
Agile
Final
Bonus module — career
And advanced assignments — for anyone who wants more
Every lesson has a core assignment and a harder optional one. The minimum is 12 artefacts that will definitely be in your portfolio. The maximum depends on how much you're willing to put in.
PM + AI
I help you become an AI Project Manager
The industry is changing faster than courses are updated. Interviewers already ask how you use AI in your work — and where you don't trust it. We don't "cover AI" in one lesson: we work with it where it genuinely saves hours, and learn to see where it does damage.
- What in a PM's work can be automated and what shouldn't be — and why
- Generating and then critically checking project documents: risk registers, kick-off agendas, status reports
- Meeting notes, follow-ups and reporting without the manual writing
- Drafting a backlog and user stories — and how not to end up with rubbish
- Simple automations and agents for routine work — a daily board report that assembles itself, for example
- Your own PM prompt library to take with you
- Where AI fails in ways that cost a project — and how to catch it
- A ready answer to "how do you use AI" — it's already being asked at interviews
I revise this part quarterly — the tools change faster than anything else in the programme.

Who the course is for
You want to get into project management from scratch
And you don't know where to start. The first five lessons assume no prior knowledge at all.
You're already in IT
Developer, QA, designer, analyst — and you're thinking about moving into management. You know the technical side; what's missing is the system.
You've managed things in another industry
And you want to translate that experience into language a technical recruiter understands.
You already know some theory
But you have nothing to show when an interviewer asks about experience. Here you finally build it.
Testimonials

Frequently asked
Will the course work for me if I'm starting from nothing?
Yes — that's exactly how it's built. The first five lessons assume no prior knowledge. The harder topics — budget, risk, metrics — start in the second module, once the foundation is there.
How much time does it take each week?
In a group, three hours of live sessions a week plus homework time. One-to-one you choose the pace: one session a week stretches the course over 2.5 months, two compress it to about five weeks.
Do you guarantee a job at the end?
No, and nobody can. The bonus module is a complete job-search system: CV, LinkedIn, portfolio, interview preparation, communities and job boards, and a 30/60/90-day plan. After that it's your move. But I've already taken people from zero to their first PM role, so I know what works.
What if I fall behind?
The materials stay with you with no time limit, so catching up is always possible. In a group we cover a missed session briefly at the start of the next one. One-to-one it isn't an issue at all — the pace is yours.
What certificate do I get?
It depends on your result: 100 points, pass mark 70. From 90 — Gold, from 80 — Standard, from 70 — Certificate of Completion. Below 70 you get one retake.
Do you teach specific tools like Jira?
Yes, hands-on: you'll configure a project in Jira or Asana, build a Kanban board with WIP limits, and make a dashboard in Google Sheets. This isn't a course about one tool — it's a course about a job in which the tools keep changing.
How do I pay?
I'll send the payment details after your enquiry. You can pay in two instalments: 50% to reserve your place and 50% before the third module.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Refunds are available up to the second lesson — if the first session tells you this isn't for you, I'll return the money without an argument.
How is a mock interview different from consulting?
Consulting is about direction: where you are, where you're heading, what you're worth, what to learn. A mock interview is about readiness: can you answer real questions today? If you don't know where to start, take the consultation. If you already have an interview booked, take the mock.
